ROAC Coins Usage Policy
How ROAC Coins are earned, spent and recorded on Rise of All Careers — including purchase receipts, available benefits and account protections.
Last updated: 5 November 2026
1. What are ROAC Coins?
ROAC Coins are in-platform participation and utility credits recorded in your ROAC account. They are not Indian rupees, stored money, cash, cryptocurrency, or an investment.
Coins currently cannot be bought for cash, transferred between accounts, withdrawn, exchanged for currency, or used outside TheROAC. A coin balance does not guarantee the availability of any reward.
2. Earning ROAC Coins
Eligible activities may include verified daily logins, seven-day streak milestones, learning participation, assessments, and other server-verified activities shown in your wallet.
The server determines eligibility, the award amount, maximum frequency, and whether an action has already been rewarded. Duplicate, reversed, fraudulent, incomplete, or otherwise ineligible activities may not earn coins.
Rates and eligible actions can change; review your authenticated Coin Wallet and its Coin Guide for the currently configured amounts. Listings for planned benefits are informational and do not create an entitlement.
3. Where coins can be used
Only benefits shown as redeemable by the server may be purchased. Current implemented examples include the editable resume starter kit and eligible login-streak repair.
An optional-assignment 24-hour late-submission pass exists but new public sales are currently disabled. When specifically enabled, eligibility requires an active enrollment, a published optional assignment that offers the pass, a learner-specific deadline, a valid 24-hour purchase window after that deadline, sufficient unfrozen coins, and a released/started course.
A late pass permits one qualifying late submission within its displayed expiry, subject to normal course access, content release, and assignment rules. It never promises a grade, certificate, pass mark, admission or employment.
4. What coins cannot buy
Verification badges, guaranteed job placement, recruiter priority, hiring decisions, private candidate contact information, scholarship eligibility, or official examination outcomes are not sold for coins.
Displayed future or unavailable rewards, including proposed interview, retry or recruiter advantages, are not purchasable until explicitly launched with real server-side fulfillment.
5. Confirming a purchase and keeping receipts
A redemption should show the server-calculated coin price before confirmation. A completed charge is recorded as an immutable SPEND ledger entry with its own receipt ID. A receipt records the transaction; the benefit's own eligibility and usage conditions still apply.
You can review your own purchases, amounts, dates, benefit status, expiry (where applicable), and linked usage in Candidate Dashboard → Coin Wallet → My Purchases. Your complete coin earning and adjustment history remains in Transaction History.
Do not repeat a purchase when the browser times out or appears uncertain. First refresh the receipt history or the benefit page. Original purchase entries are preserved even when new purchases are paused.
6. Account limits and fair use
Coins are attached to the authenticated account. Your wallet may be frozen where abuse or a security issue requires investigation. Multiple attempts to trigger one-time rewards, impersonation, fabricated activity or unauthorized access may be rejected.
The platform does not presently implement a blanket automatic expiration date for all wallet coins. Time-limited benefits such as late passes have their own clearly displayed use-by deadline; this is not the same as expiration of the whole wallet balance.
Quarterly issuance limits and changing reward availability do not grant a claim to future coin supply or cash compensation.
7. Reimbursement and disputes
TheROAC is implementing controlled reimbursement review for a purchased late pass that remains unused because of a verifiable platform-caused outage, course-access failure, course unavailability, or instructor policy change. This reimbursement service is not open for automatic public payouts at present.
A reviewed case requires recorded supporting evidence and approval by an independent authorized reviewer. If approved under the applicable operational policy, the original coin amount is restored through a separate linked adjustment without deleting the original purchase.
A successfully consumed late pass cannot be reimbursed through this process. A pass left unused while the service was operating normally does not automatically qualify. Contact support with the receipt ID and relevant timeline if you believe the platform prevented usage; do not include passwords or access tokens.
8. Records, privacy and account access
Your purchase receipts and wallet history are visible only after authentication. Authorized administrators may review ledger and reimbursement records for customer support, fraud prevention, accounting and dispute resolution.
Receipt records may be retained for accounting, security and legal obligations under our Privacy Policy. A refund is a separate recorded adjustment; purchases are not silently erased.
9. Changes and support
New earn/spend rules, temporary restrictions, price changes or new perks will be identified in the product before you commit a new redemption. Material changes to these policy terms will be published on this page with an updated date.
For inaccurate balances, missing receipts, or an entitlement that could not be used, contact query@theroac.com with a receipt ID and description of the problem. Never send a password, login code, or session token.
